BSFCT Rotary Valves.....
The BSFCT is a new 'blow Through' valve using proven FCT technology. It is investment cast for superior quality and outstanding surface finish. Similar to the FCT with easily removable end covers and the rotor on self – supporting guide rails to cut operator effort and reduce downtime.
4 Standard BSFCT sizes available 150mm to 300mm to give capacities up to 47m3/hr
In place cleaning can be carried out by plant operators: no special tools or specific fitting skills are required.
Self-aligning rotor slides back into the housing without further alignment.
Close vane tolerances to ensure high sealing and feeding efficiency with maximum durability.
Standard Valves manufactured in Stainless Steel 316L.
All internal surfaces machined.
Polished (mechanical and/or electrical) surface finishes available up to 0.2 Ra
FDA approved materials of construction.
Electrical and mechanical safety switches to meet present safety standards.
Conforms to safe manual handling regulations.
Direct drive or chain drive available.
BSFCT Series manufactured with round flanges.
